## Job description
- 負責廠務日常營運管理與設備運作追蹤，確保生產環境穩定、安全並符合公司制度與相關法規
- 規劃與執行廠務改善專案，包含需求蒐集、方案評估、資源協調與成效追蹤，以提升效率與降低成本
- 蒐集與管理廠務相關資料（如設備稼動率、維護紀錄、能耗數據等），進行分析並提出具體改善建議
- 與生產、品保、採購等相關部門合作，協調廠務需求與資源分配，確保各項作業流程順暢
- 建立並維護廠務管理標準作業流程與文件，持續檢視作業風險並推動制度化與數據化管理
- 具1年以上廠務管理或相關領域工作經驗，熟悉生產環境與基本設備運作流程
- 具備商業分析（BA）能力，能理解營運需求並轉化為可執行的改善方案與報表
- 具備專案管理能力，能規劃時程、控管進度與風險，協調跨部門資源以達成專案目標
- 具備資料管理能力，能蒐集、整理與分析廠務相關數據，並維護資料正確性與完整性
- 具良好溝通協調與問題解決能力，能在壓力下保持穩定判斷並持續優化作業流程
