## Job description

1. 機構測試
- 研讀客戶測試規範或者相關SOP文件
- 依測試規範架設受測產品與操作設備(以按壓機 / 三軸推拉力測試機為主)並紀錄測試結果 2. 熱流(Thermal) 測試
- 研讀客戶測試規範或者相關SOP文件
- 利用IR量測產品熱點分布與架設thermal couple 量測熱點溫度
- 根據不同的使用情境 mode(如idle / 正常使用 / high loading…etc.) 搭配軟體紀錄溫度數據,紀錄測試結果
- 整理測試結果，出具報告，與RD確認測試結果，並上傳系統 3. 可靠度測試 --
- 執行 Bump、振動、聲學、溫濕等可靠度測試；準備樣品與夾具、安裝感測器並擷取原始資料
- 進行測後功能檢測、故障分析與報告撰寫
- 維護設備校正與安全作業，並與研發/品保協調改善方案，確保產品在運輸與使用環境下之結構與電性可靠性，並負責測試流程優化
