# AOI_Senior Engineer_PSE

## Job description
- Familiar with SMT process.
- Able to handle AOI/SPI machine normal abnormal and report major abnormal.
- Realizing the goal SPI/AOI first pass rate.
- Assistance with the pilot run and fine tuning of machine programming.
- Quality issue improvement to realize the SMT product Yield rate.
- Training AOI and SPI machine OP.
- Daily report of SMT line AOI/SPI machine status.

### Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SMT manufacturing, preferably in SPI and AOI processes.
- Good knowledge of SMT processes, solder paste inspection (SPI), and automated optical inspection (AOI) systems.
- Experience in AOI/SPI programming, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with IPC standards and SMT quality requirements.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze defects, false calls, and process trends using statistical tools.
- Experience in FPY improvement, defect reduction, and root cause analysis.
- Good communication and coordination skills for working with production, QA, process, and equipment teams.
- Able to work independently, solve problems effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
- Able to work shift
- Willing to support production during urgent issues and off-hours when required.
