## Job description
- 負責監督worldwide工廠倉儲運作，包括收貨、入庫、備料、出貨及盤點作業等時效性與準確性。
- 監控庫存狀態，確保資材物料準確性及合理庫存水位。
- 制定並執行倉儲管理規範及流程優化計劃，包含設計相關的管理系統與數位用例(含AI Agent)。
- 協調與其他部門的作業銜接，確保worldwide工廠物流及生產順暢。
- 運用資材管理系統，分析數據並提供決策支持。
- 協助與輔導worldwide工廠的倉儲績效管理，以及推動數位用例與導入物流自動化項目。 *此職務視工作表現，未來有外派海外任職倉儲主管之規劃 *
- 具10年以上倉儲管理經驗。
- 熟悉倉儲管理流程及庫存控制。
- 具備自動化導入的相關知識及經驗。
- 熟悉SAP、WMS倉儲管理系統、或其他資材系統操作。
- 良好的溝通協調能力與團隊管理經驗。
