The Global Coverage team drives rapid expansion of the currencies and transfer methods Wise supports. In this role, you’ll use data and insights to drive product decisions that will help our customers send money anywhere in the world with minimal cost and maximum ease. ### How you’ll contribute Drive KPI Performance: You’ll partner with Product Managers, Engineers and other Analysts to develop KPIs and metrics for the team Identify and action opportunities to enhance the team's key performance indicators (KPIs). - Help to continuously improve product metrics Analytical Leadership in Product Launches: Serve as the primary analytical point of contact for product launches within the team Conduct analysis including forecasting, discovery analysis, and experimentation to support new product rollouts Data-Driven Decision Making: Influence product decisions with robust and actionable data insights - Build and present compelling data-driven arguments to establish conviction and support within the team You’ll make contributions to the wider product goals of the company to achieve our Mission: Money without borders Development of Data Assets: Construct and maintain valuable data assets to aid the team in diagnosing issues and understanding product impacts - Ensure data assets are accessible and effectively utilised by the team to enhance product and customer insights This role will give you the opportunity to: Choose your path to impact – we believe people are most empowered when they contact independently.
