This role offers an opportunity to have a direct and measurable impact on Wise’s mission — money without borders. Built by and for people who live global lives. What you'll be doing Your principal responsibility will be to make an impact and lead us to better decisions for the company and our customers Leading a team of analysts who will be responsible for curating datasets, surfacing metrics, some statistical modelling, and deeper dive analysis that we expect to influence the direction of the team and the company You'll be responsible for managing the Pricing Model, balancing the requirements of various stakeholders including Finance and Product, to ensure the company can deliver competitive and sustainable prices The team you’re applying for will be focussed on the following: Own and improve the pricing model, partnering with commercial and cost owners to drive strategic pricing decisions, to maintain low, fair fees for customers. Analyze and explain underlying unit economics and profitability drivers across customer cohorts. Build, optimize, and maintain scalable data models and pipelines to accurately allocate costs to products and transactions. Lead investigations into complex cost data to improve upstream data quality and allocation methodologies. Serve as the primary conduit between the analytics team and product teams, translating business needs into actionable data insights and influencing strategic prioritization.
