This position has the opportunity to interface with and have a positive impact on multiple areas of Wintrust's business We hold ourselves accountable to high standards, share wins, operate ethically, and have fun ### Position Overview The Senior Salesforce Engineer is a key technical resource responsible for the design, architecture, development, and maintenance of applications, including requirements analysis, customizations, database changes, screen changes, security definition, and workflow. This role converts system requirements into logical program designs, code modules, and stable application systems. This is a senior-level position that works with a team of technical resources, managers, and engineers to produce innovative solutions. The Senior Salesforce developer collaborates with business analysts and delivery teams in a highly collaborative environment to define product features, estimates and delivers solutions. This person must be able to create and communicate innovative solutions to business issues and processes leveraging their knowledge of the software platform, responsible for assigning resources to specific application design and development tasks. This is a fully remote position. Please note that candidates who advance to the final stage of our interview process will be required to attend an in-person interview. ### What You’ll Do Serve as a hands-on Salesforce developer, building and supporting solutions across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and nCino through custom development, configuration, integrations, and ongoing platform enhancements. Lead technical development, implementation, administration, and support of the Salesforce CRM platform. Participate in the development and deployment of new features to support business initiatives, playing a leading role in the design of new/improved interfaces and functions within the platform Collaborate with other Software Engineers to write and review technical specifications as required, meeting the objectives of functional specifications. Specify, identify specific interfaces, methods, parameters, procedures or functions as required - Provide advanced code review along with pair programming sessions - Provide production support for Salesforce/portals including after-hours support when necessary - Participate in the full SDLC with focus on delivery ### Qualifications - 7+ years experience working with Salesforce CRM Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification Experience designing, developing, and supporting solutions within the nCino Bank Operating System (nCino platform) in a banking or financial services environment.
