## Job description

Evaluate the organization's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programs to meet these needs. Your responsibilities will include Develop & execute sustainable talent strategies that serve the business strategy & needs Ensure organizational effectiveness, by connecting the dots through a combination of data and pattern recognition to diagnose and solve for organizational needs

Bachelor's degree 6+ years experience in Human Resources Experience in effectively partnering & ability to influence senior level business leaders Master's Degree or MBA Knowledge and insight about the business to fully engage in business discussions and lead People Strategy to improve talent and business outcomes Develop effective relationships with clients by building trust, leveraging networks, applying HR expertise, and measuring and ensuring business results

Business Acumen: Uses extensive knowledge and insight about the business to fully engage in business discussions and lead People Excellence strategy to improve talent and business outcomes Strategic Partner: Develops effective relationships with clients by building trust, leveraging networks, applying HR expertise, and measuring and ensuring business results Data-driven Insights: Applies data analytics and judgment to draw insights that inform business decision making

Coach: Uses coaching and influencing skills to successfully drive change and leaders' ownership/accountability Change Champion: Partners to lead and sustain change creating an agile and responsive organization
