This role is perfect for you. Let’s kickstart your career in Wabtec’s LEAD Operations rotational development program. What to Expect in LEAD (Leadership, Expertise & Accelerated Development): The LEAD Operations Program is an early career 2-year rotational program that allows you choose areas of interest and develop your skill sets. LEAD consists of four, 6-month rotations that are intended to provide a broad exposure to the engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and EHS functions leading to successful off program placement in a role that will launch your Wabtec career. You can focus on some of our industry’s most impactful areas in LEAN, 6sigma, supply chain, logistics, materials, testing, services, sourcing, leadership/supervision, additive and more. But that’s not all! Your program experience will include leadership and technical training, contributions to program operations, exposure to senior leadership, and development of a lifelong network of professionals and friends. ### Locations Individuals joining the program in Mexico must be willing and available to accept rotations in any of our locations based on business needs. Examples of those locations include but are not limited to Arteaga, Coahuila; Apodaca, Nuevo Leon; San Luis Potosi, S.L.P. Relocation lump sum is provided to get you where you need to go. ### Requirements - We are looking for Four-year degree in: Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Systems Engineering & other related technical degrees.
