## Job description

Who will you be working with? Bearward Engineering is a Northampton based firm manufacturing radiators for the power generation industry. How will you make a difference? As a member of the Core Plant department team, working on the 22:00-06:00 shift (38 hours/week) from Sunday to Thursday, you will be responsible for working in a manual environment, the role is to process cores (radiators) through the manufacturing production line, checking quality of the product during the process.

PPE supplied; safety glasses, ear protection, overalls, gloves, safety boots (and visors where relevant). You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary. What do we want to know about you? Team player with a positive can-do attitude. Practical, hands on. Have good communication skills. Willing to work flexibly. Attention to good Housekeeping.

What about the physical demands of the job? A manual environment, lifting heavy equipment with magnetic hoists and chain/strap hoists.
