Our Global Sourcing team plays a critical role in managing Wabtec’s global supply base and negotiating strategic agreements that align with the company’s long-term vision. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across engineering, operations, and finance, as well as with external suppliers, to shape and execute sourcing strategies that enable operational excellence and deliver value to both the business and our customers. How will you make a difference? As a key member of the Castings and Machined Parts team within our Global Sourcing Organization, you will lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies for the machined parts commodity. This role requires a strategic mindset to build strong supplier relationships, proactively manage risk, and drive cost efficiencies across the supply base. You will be responsible for evaluating supplier capabilities, reliability, and quality to ensure alignment with Wabtec’s operational and performance goals.
