Define and optimize PCB/FPC architectures, component selection, and high-speed interconnect designs to meet signal integrity, power integrity, and reliability requirements. Collaborate closely with optical engineers on laser control, photodiode monitoring, optical power management, temperature sensing, and system integration. Perform electrical characterization and validation using oscilloscopes, BERTs, VNAs, SMUs, optical power meters, and related laboratory equipment. Analyze and resolve issues related to signal integrity, power integrity, jitter, noise, crosstalk, thermal effects, and overall system performance. Lead schematic design, hardware bring-up, prototype debugging, verification, and design optimization activities. Conduct design reviews and drive engineering solutions balancing performance, cost, manufacturability, and schedule. Collaborate with global teams and suppliers to support product development, qualification, and manufacturing introduction. ## Qualifications Required Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Optoelectronics, or related fields. Strong experience in high-speed electronic design and hardware development. Experience in schematic design, PCB/FPC development, hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation. Familiarity with signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), and high-speed interface design. Proficiency with Allegro, Altium, ADS, CST, or equivalent design and simulation tools. Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, BERTs, VNAs, SMUs, and other high-speed measurement equipment. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
