In this leadership role, you will develop and mentor your team, oversee preparation and filing of financial reporting with the SEC and other external parties, partner with other business functions on projects to address accounting and reporting implications for complex transactions, monitor developments at the SEC and FASB, and implement solutions to maintain effective and efficient processes and controls to support external reporting in compliance with applicable standards. This position is best suited for an accounting professional who possesses strong communication, organization, technology and leadership skills as well as enjoys working in a challenging, fast-paced environment. ### Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Oversee execution of periodic filings with the SEC;
