## Job description

As a Quality Inspector you will perform quality control inspections, checks, and tests during the manufacture of wire & cable assemblies. You will inspect materials, parts and products at different stages of production.

### Responsibilities

Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing by completing reports and logs; input data into quality database. Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner. Coordinate calibration of all test equipment and fixtures Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and calibration.

Participate in the construction and/or revision of SOPs for the inspection function. Assist in the writing and updating inspection procedures, protocol and checklists. Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to supervise.

### Qualifications
- High School Degree or equivalent experience required
- 2 years required, 3 years preferred of quality inspector experience
- Ability to analyze information
- Ability to report research results
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong math skills
- Ability to use measurement equipment Basic computer skills #LI-HD1
