## Job description

As the Senior Associate - Supply Chain Services, you will be responsible for performing project based specialized wire cutting applications and/or value-added services within the warehouse such as subsequent manufacturing and assembling ready to install products. This includes operating a cutting machine to cut, prepare, and ship specialized wire, cable, and related materials specific to customer orders.

A Day in The Life of a Senior Associate As the Senior Associate - Supply Chain Services, you will be responsible for performing project based specialized wire cutting applications and/or value-added services within the warehouse such as subsequent manufacturing and assembling ready to install products.
- Perform technical warehouse tasks related to assigned projects (i.e. – advanced kitting, cabinet builds, rack builds, IP addressing, contractor services, etc.)
- Operate wire cutting machinery to prepare project based specialized wire and cable cuts for shipment
- Perform value added services specific to customer orders (i.e. – subsequent manufacturing, assembling, insta-reels, parallels, speedpulls, striping, dying, printing, etc.)
- Load, unload, and move material in a safe manner manually or by using a forklift or other approved device

### Education & Experience

High school degree or equivalent required 3 years of warehouse and distribution operations experience 6 months experience with project related assembly and or manufacturing finished goods

### Skills & Requirements

Experience with specialized wire cutting
- Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools Forklift Certification strongly preferred; the ability to obtain a forklift certification is required
- Knowledge of electrical, construction or mechanical products preferred Project coordination skills Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to follow direction Basic computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
