## Job description

If you’re energized by creating outperformance in complex operations and want to play offense inside an innovative platform, this is your seat. We are seeking experienced Real Estate Associates to join our UK Asset Management team. This role sits at the intersection of asset operations, value creation and growth strategy. You will play a central role in optimizing asset performance of a large portfolio throughout the UK.

Success in this role requires a blend of financial acumen, attention to detail, operational insight (ideally in seniors housing, multifamily, student housing, or hospitality), and a passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences.
