## Job description

The Property Tax Analyst will bridge the gap as a dedicated tax resource for internal identification, preparation, and administration of real and personal property tax appeals. This position will be responsible for analyzing market data, conducting appraisals using cost/income/sales approaches, and file appeals to reduce property tax liabilities, and work with tax authorities to ensure equitable assessments. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute directly to the team's efficiency and accuracy, leaving a lasting impact on Welltower's tax function.
