## Job description

Welltower is seeking a strategic, financially sophisticated executive to lead the company's enterprise risk management and insurance function. The Vice President, Risk Management and Insurance will oversee enterprise risk and risk financing strategy, including global insurance and captive programs, and provide leadership in the identification, assessment, mitigation, and transfer of risk. This leader will partner Legal, Finance, Investments, Asset Management, Operations, Development, and other business functions to protect company assets, support informed business decisions, and optimize total cost of risk.

This position can be based in Toledo, OH, Dallas, TX, or New York, NY.
