## Job description

We are seeking a Summer Interior Design Coordinator Intern to support Welltower’s West Coast Design team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to large-scale design projects for senior living residential real estate and will support projects from design development through installation and closeout. The intern will work closely with Catie Underhill and the broader Design team while gaining practical experience in sourcing, documentation, field coordination, vendor communication, and project execution.

This is a field-based role requiring a home office and residence in Northern California or Southern California, with travel to properties within the assigned region as needed.
