[Apply on Wells Fargo’s careers site →](https://wf.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/WellsFargoJobs/job/Hyderabad-India/Senior-Software-Engineer_R-565796-1) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Wells Fargo](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/wells-fargo/) / Senior Software Engineer ## Job description ### About this role Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer In this role, you will: - Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments - Contribute to large scale planning of strategies - Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments - Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures - Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements - Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals - Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science or equivalent 4+yrs of hands-on development experience in developing complex, highly integrated, web-based applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Micro services, Spring MVC, Spring boot, Private Cloud (PCF), Azure and worked in Agile teams. Experience in Java script frameworks like React JS Knowledge working with GIT, Maven/Gradle, JIRA tools Hands-on experience in No-SQL Databases like MongoDB Experience in scripting languages like JavaScript and UI frameworks like React/Angular FullStack Java hands-on development using Spring boot, Microservices, Angular, JavaScript, React, SQL, HTML, CSS, React JS, CI/CD Pipeline, Java, Hibernate, Oracle RDBMS, Kafka, Spring Core, Spring Boot, HTML5, MySQL Experience / Knowledge in MongoDB, SQL, and query performance tuning. Experience/knowledge with code management and continuous integration techniques and tools such as Gradle, GitHub, Jenkins, NPM etc. is highly desirable. Experience/knowledge in Cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure) is a plus Experience with Micro Front end is a plus Experience in Unit, Integration and Automation Frameworks Experience in implementing and Reviewing NFR like Performance Optimization, Scalability, Reusability. ### Experience in Agile methodology Job Expectations Good verbal and written communication skills Good problem solving and analytical skills Should be detail oriented, able to multi task Posting End Date: 30 Nov 2026 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
