In this role, you will: - Provide support as an advisor regarding credit performance, potential or emerging risks, and business conformity with risk appetite, credit culture, and policies - Review basic or tactical issues, credit policies or procedures, complex credit reports, and findings and insights to recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies to management - Receive direction from supervisors, and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of credit function, analytical tools, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements - Collaborate and consult with managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal or external customers Required Qualifications: 6+ months of Credit Portfolio Consulting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 6+ months of experience in credit portfolio management, collateral management, collateral monitoring and analysis, lending operations, credit services operations. Strong understanding of credit principles and lending processes. Proficiency in MS Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex processes, explain decisions, and confidently engage with business partners and stakeholders. Good understanding of financial statements and their analysis is essential for the role. A solid understanding of the securities market is also a key requirement. Bachelor's degree in commerce, Economics or a related discipline preferred. ### Job Expectations Amenable to working a fixed night shift aligned with U.S. business hours (9:00pm to 6:00am) Amenable to having weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as regular rest days. Amenable to observing the U.S. holiday calendar. Willing to work full onsite at Five Neo, BGC during training Amenable to transitioning to a hybrid work arrangement after training.
