This role will support the CRE & Syndicated Lending Operations Servicing team by processing agent notices including advances, payments, repricing, fee applications and all maintenance activities. In this role, you will: - Provide servicing activities for low to moderately complex commercial products - Coordinate all aspects of resolving open customer service issues and interact with internal and external customers - Provide customer service, loan and regulatory diligence and ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements - Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record - Serve as primary liaison and work collaboratively with Sales, Legal, Control and Risk, Technology, and various Operations and company teams as necessary to progress customer-focused needs - Review and negotiate basic loan servicing transactions, evaluate risks, and devise strategies to mitigate risks and identify procedural modifications - Serve as an escalation point in the resolution of client issues - Provide guidance and training to peers - Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals - Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Operations experience with the Commercial real estate product Commercial loan documentation, preparation or review experience - Familiarity with Loan IQ Residential and commercial appraisal experience Sound analytical skills and the ability to interpret and research loan origination, legal, or real estate documents - Knowledge and understanding of builder, construction, or renovations lending - Knowledge and understanding of the Flood Disaster Protection Act (FDPA) - Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications and utilize search tools to find information - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment, while managing competing priorities Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills Advanced verbal and written communication skills Job Expectations: Ability to work in office at posted location for a minimum of three days per week - Ability to work from 8:30-5:30pm Position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship or transfer or a Visa sponsorship Primary Posting Locations: 1525 W W T Harris Blvd, Charlotte, North Carolina 28262-8522 Posting End Date: 1 Nov 2026 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
