1、建立可靠的单电池测试方法，包括硬件设计、测试规范制定； 2、通过多维度测试数据分析，解释单电池电极过程特性，并为电池性能改善提供建议。 1.本科及以上 2.材料，化工，电化学 3.5年以上该岗位（方向）工作经验 4.精通单电池测试方法，包括硬件设计、测试规范制定；通过多维度测试数据分析，解释单电池电极过程特性，并为电池性能改善提供建议
