## Job description

1、料浆配方设计与优化，根据要求，设计合适的料浆配方，确保料浆的性能（如粘度、流动性、稳定性等）达标，不断优化料浆配方，提高质量和效率，降低成本； 2、料浆制备与工艺控制，负责料浆的制备过程，确保料浆的均匀性和一致性，及时调整工艺参数，保证料浆的质量稳定。 本科以上；材料、化学、化工；五年以上；熟练掌握料浆/涂料相关知识
