## Job description
- 建立燃气发动机及发电机组机械系统开发规范与可靠性管理体系。
- 牵头开展燃气发动机及发电机组关键零部件的可靠性验证工作，包括耐久性测试、失效模式分析及寿命评估。
- 对接产品规划、研发及客户服务等部门，识别并推动解决产品全生命周期中的可靠性技术问题。 1. 5年以上燃气发动机、发电机组或工业动力系统可靠性开发经验，曾独立负责至少2个机械系统可靠性验证项目，并输出完整验证报告及改进建议。 2. 具有机械开发规范或可靠性标准体系搭建经验，熟悉从概念设计、样机验证到量产导入的全流程可靠性管控方法。 3. 具备备用电源系统（含数据中心备用供电场景）开发或应用经验者优先。
