## Job description
- 负责电气系统设计与开发，主导大型数据中心备用电源系统的电气方案设计，完成复杂的电力系统计算；
- 负责产品满足标准及认证要求，主导通过第三方权威机构的电气安全与性能认证，如UL、CE等；
- 负责技术标准与规范，牵头制定企业内部电气设计标准、流程及技术文档模板等，推动技术标准化管理；
- 负责前沿技术研究，跟踪行业新技术、新标准，将先进技术融入设计方案，推动技术储备与产品迭代；
- 负责技术攻关与支持， 解决项目交付及售后过程中出现的重大、复杂的电气故障。

### 本科及以上； 电气、自动化等理工科类相关专业； 经验要求

十年以上电气设计经验，其中至少五年以上在数据中心、大型发电机组或电力系统头部企业从事核心设计工作的经历；
- 精通柴油发电机组系统设计，熟悉并机控制逻辑、同步并网、黑启动、功率管理策略；
- 掌握质量问题分析方法，具备系统性思维，能够解决复杂质量问题；
- 掌握PLC/DCS控制系统编程，了解发电机组智能监控、预测性维护、边缘计算等技术。
