## Job description
- 负责跨领域协同，与发动机设计、电气控制、测试验证等团队紧密协作，确保发电机与发动机、控制系统的高效匹配；
- 负责建立企业级发电机设计开发流程、技术标准及验证规范，推动技术标准化；
- 负责前沿技术研究，跟踪行业新技术、新标准，将先进技术融入设计方案，推动技术储备与产品迭代；
- 负责技术攻关与支持， 解决项目交付及售后过程中出现的重大、复杂的电气故障。

### 本科及以上； 机械、电气相关专业； 经验要求

十年以上交流同步发电机设计经验，有数据中心或大功率发电机组行业经验者优先；
- 精通发电机电磁与结构设计，掌握CAD、CORE、电磁仿真、热仿真等电机设计相关软件，熟悉硅钢片、铜导体、绝缘材料、轴承等关键部件的选型；
- 深入理解电机设计标准、能效标准及电磁兼容性（EMC）要求等；
- 掌握电机型式试验流程及测试方法（如空载试验、短路试验、温升试验等）；
- 掌握质量问题分析方法，具备复杂质量问题解决能力。
