## Job description
- 负责发电机组整体设计方案制定，包括动力匹配、控制策略及电气集成；主导关键部件选型与匹配工作，优化机组整体性能。
- 优化发电机组动态响应特性、负载适应性及燃油/燃气消耗经济性。
- 协调内外部技术资源，解决开发过程中的关键技术难题。
- 制定测试规范，组织并完成高低温、高原等极端环境下的可靠性验证。
- 参与发电机组测试与验证工作，确保产品符合设计要求及客户技术需求。
- 具备电气工程、自动控制等相关专业背景，掌握永磁同步电机、变频器等核心部件原理与应用技术。
- 熟悉发电机组相关国家及行业标准（如GB/T 2820、ISO 8528等），具备产品合规性设计经验。
- 具备良好的跨部门协作与沟通能力，能有效推动项目技术落地。
