## Job description

### 制定公司产品质量管控措施，各级质量改进项目的组织实施 IATF16949质量体系管理

负责质量体系的运行及监控，组织迎接各级审核及相关认证； 持续改善：产品及过程质量管控，持续改善，运用质量工具进行问题分析及纠正； 实验室管理：针对实验室进行系统管理，制订检验标准，掌握先进的检验方法 KPI管理：每月统计质量KPI指标完成情况 机械类、材料类、车辆类专业 3年以上质量管理经验；具备优秀的沟通能力，跨部门组织协调能力；逻辑思维、抗压性 熟练掌握IATF16949或ISO9001质量体系标准， 熟练运用质量工具，例如8D\QC\六西格玛等 熟练掌握OFFICE办公软件（Word, Excel, PPT），熟悉SAP优先； 具备基本英语读写能力，听说流利优先。
