## Job description
- 负责组织供方布局规划、供方寻源开发、商务协议、合同谈判及签订工作；
- 负责实施供方推荐及相应的评审和产品验证流程；
- 负责收集并分析竞争对手及行业信息，实施对标管理；
- 负责组织合格供方新增外协件布局与工艺评审工作；
- 负责组织样试零部件采购管理工作；
- 负责分析及调整供方产能，管理供货比例；
- 负责管理外协件变更信息，实施系统维护； 9.负责组织核算并上报外协件成本，组织外协件成本优化。 本科及以上；车辆、内燃机、机械等；5年以上采购工作；熟悉office、CAD等软件；具备一定的机械原理知识，具备一定的统计分析和组织协调能力。
