## Job description
- 主持开展检测方案策划，满足产品检测需求;
- 主持开展检测方法研究，确保测量数据准确;
- 主持开展特定检测装备的研制，解决检测难题;
- 主持开展检测标准制定、传递与统一，消减检测争议;
- 主持检测技术研究平台的建设与运营;
- 开展检测资源的评估与优化配置；
- 开展一致性质量控制技术与方案研究；
- 开展基于成熟度的产品质量稳定性研究;
- 开展质量数据分析、监控与检测方案优化。

### 本科及以上；机械类、电气类、计量检验检测类等理工科专业；3年及以上相关工作经验；检验方案策划类
- 熟悉发动机与动力系统相关理论
- 具备机械制图等相关专业知识

### 掌握质量管理五大工具 计量测试技术类
- 了解产业计量理念
- 具备透射电镜、扫描电镜设备操作能力
- 具备超声、工业CT、涡流检测等研究背景
- 了解电磁场与波、电磁兼容等专业知识
- 熟悉电路原理和热学原理
- 拥有注册计量师资格证优先录用
