## Job description

### 一、 外汇战略规划

负责外汇管理领域战略制定及创新提升，确保公司外汇管理能力持续提升。

### 二、风险管理与交易

负责外汇风险识别、评估、对冲策略制定及衍生品交易执行，确保外汇收益目标达成。

### 三、技术攻关及优化

负责外汇管理领域的技术难题攻关和流程优化，解决复杂业务问题。

### 四、知识沉淀与标准化

主导外汇管理知识库建设和标准制定，促进组织知识资产沉淀。

### 五、团队赋能与推广

负责团队能力提升和技术推广，增强专业影响力。 10年以上外汇风险管理、资金管理或金融衍生品交易相关经验；5年以上企业外汇团队管理经验。熟悉国家外汇管理条例、跨境人民币管理办法及外管局相关政策和行业标准；熟悉会计准则及汇率管制要求；精通外汇风险管理工具、衍生品定价模型、风险计量方法；具备优秀的数据分析能力、良好的沟通协调能力和问题解决能力；能使用外汇交易平台。
