## Job description
- 负责制定液压泵、马达、阀、CVT动力总成等现有产品和新产品试验规范、试验大纲、试验方案等相关试验策划工作；
- 负责根据试验规范和试验方案，组织开展液压泵、马达、阀、CVT动力总成等产品试验验证工作；
- 负责根据试验过程和试验数据，出具液压泵、马达、阀、CVT动力总成等产品的试验报告并进行可靠性评估放行；
- 负责液压产品机械开发试验方法的研究和试验规范的制定和修订，完善机械开发流程和规范体系，负责机械开发数据分析方法研究 本科及以上；1、液压 2、机械工程；1、研究方向与液压强相关； 2、社招要求相关工作经验3年以上；
- 良好的沟通协调、协作能力；
- 可靠性工程专业背景
- 丰富的数据分析和算法开发经验
