## Job description
- 负责气体机性能开发方案的制定与实施，确保发动机性能达到设计要求。
- 主导气体机性能仿真与试验验证工作，优化发动机性能参数。
- 协调内外部资源，解决性能开发过程中的技术难题。
- 参与气体机认证试验与抽检试验，确保产品符合相关标准与法规。
- 精通内燃机燃烧理论、气体燃料特性及热力学循环分析。
- 具备良好的数据分析与问题解决能力，能够准确判断性能问题并提出改进方案。
- 熟悉发动机排放法规与认证流程，确保产品合规性。
- 具备良好的团队协作与沟通能力，能够协调内外部资源推进项目进展。
