## Job description

1、负责电力、热力系统可靠性设计，搭建可靠性模型； 2、负责电力、热力系统可靠性风险分析与设计验证方案制定。 1、本科及以上； 2、热能工程、电力工程、化学工程、机械工程、电气工程等； 3、5年以上火力发电、燃气轮机发电系统可靠性设计经验，了解高温部件失效机理或3年以上燃料电池 电堆（SOFC/PEMFC）或高温电化学器件（如电解槽）可靠性开发经验； 4、深入理解SOFC电堆衰减机制（如铬中毒、硫中毒、热循环疲劳），熟悉材料表征方法 掌握电堆可靠性测试标准（如IEC 62282、DOE燃料电池技术指标）； 5、具备DOE（实验设计）及大数据分析能力。
