## Job description
- 负责新能源汽车电机控制器硬件开发工作（控制板、驱动板两个方向）；
- 根据系统需求，梳理硬件需求，确定硬件开发方案；
- 负责原理图设计、模块化电路建设，关键元器件选型、PCB Layout支持及审核工作；
- 编写硬件测试大纲，支持测试，校核测试结果；
- 配合软件进行软件测试及整机测试；
- 梳理并解决硬件量产存在的问题。 硕士及以上；电力电子、自动化、电气；3年及以上；1、熟练掌握IGBT、SIC 及其驱动技术、开关电源技术，了解电子元器件常见失效模式； 2、熟悉常用硬件调试仪器；熟练掌握原理图及PCB设计工具软件；对MCU、SBC、运放有一定了解； 3、熟悉Infineon、Renesas、NXP等常用多核芯片的应用和外设配置； 4、有较强的学习、动手和沟通能力，工作积极主动，能接受工作挑战，具有良好的协调及统筹能力，适应跨部门合作。
