## Job description
- 负责新能源项目全过程的协同研发和全生命周期管理；
- 负责新能源项目管理体系搭建、技术研发工作计划的制定、调度与管控；
- 协调、调度产品开发过程的研发、采购、工艺、测试资源，组织解决出现的各类问题，进行项目全过程质量控制；
- 负责研发项目预算全生命周期管控。
- 辅助进行公司产品技术规划。

### 本科及以上；车辆工程、电控及自动化、机械设计与制造等理工科专业； 经验要求
- 具备3年以上整车或零部件产品开发、应用开发工作经验，对新能源行业有一定了解，对产品开发流程有一定了解；
- 具备良好的沟通能力、逻辑思维能力、团队合作能力、执行力和组织能力。
- 具有较强的质量和服务意识。

### 技能知识要求

1、熟悉新能源整车及零部件相关产品知识； 2、熟悉项目管理工作流程、分析方法工具等； 2、熟练使用office软件等各类常用办公软件。
