## Job description
- 负责了解海外法律事务管控现状、制定管控制度并落实实施。

### 负责涉外业务法律风险管理及法律与支持服务工作
- 2.1负责涉外合同的起草、审查，参与重大涉外合同的谈判； 2.2负责开展涉外业务的法律风险管理； 2.3负责涉外贸易合规管控工作； 2.4负责参与涉外资本项目； 2.5负责处理涉外纠纷案件； 2.6负责提供涉外法律咨询。
- 负责涉外公司法律事务的对接、支持与管控.
- 根据需要派驻境外子公司工作。 本科及以上 法学专业 具有3年以上法务工作经验；具备合同管理经验、具备资本项目管理经验、具备海外法务管理经验。 具有法律职业资格；具有较强的沟通能力、组织协调及问题处理能力；雅思6.0及以上水平，能用英语作为工作语言。
