## Job description
- 掌握电芯设计原则；
- 掌握固态电池工艺开发流程，针对工艺难题快速响应解决；
- 熟悉电芯测试方法及评价指标。 硕士及以上；电化学、材料相关；5年以上电池工艺开发；熟悉office、CAD等软件；熟悉电化学原理，材料基础知识等，具备一定的组织协调沟通能力。
