The joint venture combines experienced local personnel with global resources and expertise. Terra Verde is delivering nearly 10 kilometres of parallel tunnels between Glen Waverley and Box Hill, including 39 cross passages and two station boxes at Glen Waverley and Burwood in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, as part of the Suburban Rail Loop Project. This is the largest infrastructure project in Victoria’s history, shaping Melbourne and Victoria for future generations. ### About the Opportunity We are seeking a Site Engineer (Electrical) to join our construction team. Reporting to the Project Engineer (Electrical), you will gain hands-on experience and contribute to delivering a high-profile infrastructure project. ### Key Responsibilities Develop and manage daily cost reporting. Provide on-site engineering support to meet project objectives. Monitor construction requirements and take corrective action to ensure compliance with specifications. Implement and communicate risk controls for project delivery. Conduct safety, environmental, and quality assessments to ensure acceptable standards. Report on project performance, compliance, and defects/non-conformance. Manage teams and subcontractors to achieve project goals. Knowledge of tunnel underground construction practices. ### Key Requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues A strong emphasis on collaboration and a team-oriented mindset Attracts, develops, and manages resources to achieve team goals. Ensures clarity of responsibilities and monitors performance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively. Strong focus in collaboration and teamworking spirit. ### Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering Relevant safety, construction and industry certifications and tickets Why Join Us?
