With a total backlog reaching €65 billion (Consolidated Financial Results at June 30, 2024), Webuild is a group guided by the passion for building and the pursuit of excellence, which renewed its commitment to building a sustainable future by applying its know-how to build innovative and valuable works. ### Proposal Manager Location Canada (Toronto Branch) ### Department Bidding Webuild is seeking a Proposal Manager for its Toronto branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the preparation, coordination, and submission of proposals for construction and infrastructure projects in Canada. The role ensures compliance with client requirements, coordinates cross-functional teams, and supports the successful delivery of tender submissions. ### Key Responsibilities Manage the full proposal lifecycle, from receipt of tender documents to final submission. Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and prequalification documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements. Coordinate contributions from Engineering, Estimating, Operations, Procurement, Legal, and external partners. Develop, write, edit, and review technical and commercial proposal content. Manage proposal schedules, milestones, reviews, and submission deadlines. Ensure consistency with corporate standards, branding, and governance requirements. Coordinate proposal activities between Canadian operations and the Italian headquarters. ### Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal or bid management within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sector. Experience with public and private procurement processes. Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills. Languages Fluent English and Italian ### Key Competencies Proposal Management Project Planning and Organization Client Focus Cross-Cultural Collaboration Communication Skills Attention to Detail Results Orientation Contractual and Financial Terms: Job Classification and Level: Executive; Type of Contract: ad hoc contract (in line with the new policy); Salary Range (Gross Annual Salary - RAL): from €95,000 to €110,000; Complementary elements: Transport, accommodation and utilities: at the expense of the Company; Furthermore, the Company will bear the related management expenses strictly limited only to those relating to the supply of water, electric energy, gas and heating within the limits of normality; Insurance: supplementary for professional and extra-professional accidents at the expense of the Company.
