If you are interested in exploring the possibilities We Want to Talk to You! ### The Difference You Make The Representative, Customer Experience provides administrative and/or operational support and services for the Customer Excellence team. Supports the Customer Excellence function through the coordination of meetings, meeting minutes and the observation of potential opportunities. Assists in the development and maintenance of documentation, reports, process flow diagrams, presentations and training materials. Conducts research and shares findings with Customer Excellence team. Assists in the assessments of unit exposures using clearly defined and routine protocol; identifies and communicates potential impact. Assists in the organization of material submissions and reports. Assists with administrative duties including processing, scanning, copying and other administration functions. Bilingual Spanish - Preferred Basic computer and data entry skills. Strong organizational and prioritizing skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adhere to policies, procedures, and instructions of management. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to meet common objectives. Ability to respond to internal and external requests as needed. Ability to support multiple teams simultaneously. Ability to function as a team player. Ability to change direction as project demand dictates. ### Certifications No Certifications listed for this job. ### It Would Be Nice For You To Have Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education. Experience in Microsoft Office products. ### What Else You Need To Know The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week.
