The division provides sales, service, and technical support to the US and Canada. The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key member of the Americas Finance team and will report to the Senior Americas Finance Manager. ### Responsibilities Provide direct support to Chemistry and Informatics field organizations. Support development of financial targets and objectives, including the annual plan and monthly forecasts. Act as a steward of the Certified Pre-Owned Instrument business, monitoring financial performance and coordination of logistics. Interpret financial results and provide actionable insights into business drivers and trends. Collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional departments to drive results. Drive process improvements, efficiencies, and standardization. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. ### Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or related field of study.4-8 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.Solid understanding of P&L statements, various finance/accounting concepts, variance analysis and financial modeling. Proven ability to manage a variety of competing deadlines, and flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.Demonstrated experience and passion for improving processes and problem solving. Advanced skills in Microsoft ExcelExperience with SAP and PowerBI preferred.
