## Job description

Overview 営業統括本部に所属し、顧客および日本ウォーターズ社員迅速かつ高品質なサポートを提供ができるように、営業統括本部の業務支援を行います。また日本ウォーターズ社員全体にわたるオペレーションのサポート業務を実施します。主な業務内容は、受電受付、見積作成、営業およびマーケティングサポート、車両管理、オフィスファシリティーの管理です。 Responsibilities 代表電話等受電業務 見積作成業務 車両管理サポート業務 オフィスファシリティー管理サポート業務 その他営業統括本部およびマーケティング本部のサポート業務 バックオフィス業務全般のサポート業務 Qualifications Education & Language 大学または短期大学卒業以上 日本語が流暢、読み書きレベルの英語力 中級レベルのExell、Word操作 Experience required for the role 営業サポート事務業務経験 見積作成業務経験 管理業務経験 Competencies/Behaviors 高い事務処理能力 顧客重視の指向 コミュニケーションスキル 積極的な姿勢、向上心 部門内メンバーを支援する Company Description Waters Corporation (NYSE:WAT) is a global leader in life sciences and diagnostics, dedicated to accelerating the benefits of pioneering science through analytical technologies, informatics, and service.
