### I Job Title

Customer Service Executive Location: Gurgaon Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 6months to 2 Years Shift: Rotational Shifts Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Offs)

What You’ll Do:- Address customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues on the spot
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed service standards
- Adapt to different customer personalities and handle challenging conversations with patience What We’re Looking For: Excellent spoken English and communication skills Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
