I. ### Job Summary Totercart Serviceman drive service vehicles responsible for the delivery, removal, swapping and maintenance of toter carts and other applicable containers. Serviceman will engage with customers, service drivers, dispatch, and route manager to resolve problems. Serviceman will maintain the toter yard and is responsible for the construction of carts for customers and the deconstruction of carts for disposal. Driver navigates high traffic and congested roadways, driveways and alleyways, lots, construction sites and areas with high public traffic. II. ### Essential Duties and Responsibilities Driving on route to deliver and remove applicable containers. Performing yard maintenance to maintain cart inventory. Prepares containers to be delivered/swapped. Other general labor activities. III. ### Qualifications A. ### Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (accredited), or High School Equivalency No experience No previous experience Class 5 Drivers License Upon Hire B. ### Preferred Qualifications IV. This role is designated as safety sensitive and will require the successful candidate to strictly comply with all safety rules and protocols. As part of the ongoing employment requirements, the successful candidate may be subject to drug and alcohol testing—including pre‑employment screening, post‑incident evaluations, reasonable suspicion checks, and random testing—in accordance with government regulations and company policies.
