Your New Role When we say, “the stuff dreams are made of,” we’re not just referring to the world of wizards, dragons and superheroes, or even to the wonders of Planet Earth. ### Your Role Accountabilities Support HR with digitalizing personnel files. Support HR with day-to-day administrative tasks. Assist People Partner with simple project coordination across various HR topics such as performance management, workforce planning, talent development, and compliance. Work closely with the HR Services Team on tasks like e‑contracts, contract changes, and other employment documentation. Gain exposure to key People & Culture initiatives, including talent management, employee development, and organizational projects. Support with reporting, meeting coordination, etc. Take part in other HR‑related tasks as needed. ### Qualifications & Experience Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Economics, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English. Very good MS Office skills, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Well‑organized, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Comfortable working with numbers and paying attention to detail. Trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle confidential information responsibly. A proactive and enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude. First experience or basic knowledge of Human Resources is a plus. How We Get Things Done… This last bit is probably the most important!
