The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting PTP operations, ensuring SOX compliance, maintaining a robust controls environment, and providing reporting and updates across Procure to Pay activities. Support PTP processes to ensure operational success (i.e. invoice processing, query management, purchase request and PO processing etc.). Review open items on the GR/IR account. Monitor and reconcile aging PTP activity, including interfacing applications. Support integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into Warner Bros. Discovery processes and systems. Support PTP system changes, improvements and new company codes created with testing as required and support new business projects, acquisitions and integrations where needed. Serve as a subject matter expert in PTP processes & technologies (SAP S4, Ariba, SAP ECC) for non-content spend. ### Qualifications & Experience Experience working within Procure to Pay (PTP) processes. Knowledge of PTP systems and technologies including SAP S4, Ariba, SAP ECC, APEX. Understanding of SOX compliance requirements and financial controls environments. Experience supporting system implementations, testing activities or integration projects. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
