Partner with Editorial and Design teams to manage assets, corrections, proofing, and final release activities. ### Responsibilities Prepare and review pages for production, proofing, and release. Coordinate asset placement, including illustrations and replacement files. Implement and track corrections through proof cycles. Perform quality control checks on layouts and production files. Collaborate with editors and designers to resolve production issues. Monitor schedules, approvals, and production milestones. ### Basic Qualifications 3+ years of print production, publishing, or related experience. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Creative Cloud applications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. ### Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of print production, proofing, and prepress workflows. Experience coordinating artwork, illustrations, and complex page assets. Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions independently. ### Required Education Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Publishing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. ### Preferred Education Advanced coursework, certification, or specialized training in publishing, print production, graphic design, or related disciplines The hiring range for this position in Washington, D.C. is $79,400 to $106,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
