The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of translating consumer insights, market trends, and commercial objectives into product opportunities that balance creativity, cost, and sales potential for licensed product development, excellent supply chain management skills, and experience in cross-functional collaboration. ### Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end development and production of Art Toy/Hardline (figuring, blind box, etc.), Plush, Apparel, and accessories.
